I used Carly’s health coaching services for a three month period and it has changed the way I think about food and prepare food. She gave me great recipes, tips and was very responsive on the app and her calls were timely and very informative. She listened to my needs and tailored my weekly meal plans toward that. I feel now I have the tools to eat healthy and clean and have actually begun to enjoy cooking and preparing healthy meals and snacks. I feel the three months was a good amount of time because so much of healthy eating is about habits and it takes time to develop good habits. This is the one area that Carly really helped me with. She tailored all the menus, recipes, exercise ideas completely to me. Lastly, she was always kind and supportive which was so important when you are trying hard and don’t always follow the plan. Thank you Carly for changing my life for the better!!!!

My husband and I are in our mid 40’s and we have been struggling to lose weight. We thought we were eating all of the right things, but the weight just kept adding on. Luckily, we met Carly and thought that we’d ask her for help. We ended up meeting and talking over the plans and she asked us some questions to get to know us and our eating habits etc.
We decided to hire her for a month and then ended up adding another month as things were going so well. The recipes Carly gave us were delicious and the daily plans were so easy to follow. We were not hungry in between meals and snacks as Carly’s plan works so well. After two months, my husband ended up losing 24 pounds and I lost 10. The weight shed off my husband fast as his body was used to bread, pretzels and other processed foods every day. I’d like to lose a couple more pounds and then stay stable, but I’m super happy. My clothes fit again and I feel like “me” again.
Carly is the best. She checked in on us often to see how we were doing. We sent her photos of our meals and snacks through her app. We had the accountability and we were dedicated to lose weight and not cheat in any way. Matt and I both work out and always have, but it was the change in eating that took the weight off. We have learned a lot about healthy eating and what is good for our bodies and what is not. Thanks to Carly, my husband and I are happy and thin again. She’s the BEST!!!!
