After over 12 years of working with clients, the ones that always stood out to me were women. We are so much, do so much, and are the last ones to put ourselves first. As a busy mother, I understand how hard it is to manage it all while finding the energy and time to focus on YOU.

Through our conversations, my hope is to challenge you to identify YOUR goals and transform them into a sustainable behavior change. We take our time with this change. I meet you where you are, understand how you tick, recognize any roadblocks, and work through them together. This approach ultimately solidifies a healthy lifestyle, a greater sense of self, and creates new paths. I also find that this new positive practice directly affects the whole family. Children often will follow healthy lifestyle and eating habits.

Through our sessions we will set realistic goals. Whether you want to lose weight, improve sleep, energize your days, or simply feel better, I will be with you through every step and stumble. We will use tools such as meal planning, time management, self care, and positive reinforcement to have you living your best life. I assist both remote and in person clients.
